HFM's mission is to not just help individuals lose weight, but to help inculcate Good, Healthy Habits and a Fitness Mindset that will last with them for a Lifetime.

 

The "Health and Fitness Mindset" Program helps individuals to transform their lives in a holistic manner by understanding the importance of good nutrition, regular physical activity and building of healthy habits. By adopting the right lifestyle, individuals release unwanted Weight, discover new Energy and vitality that leads to greater Balance in life.

 

We do not believe in Fad diets, Yo-Yo diets, intake of medications/injections, etc. that cause instant weight loss. We find these methods detrimental to Health as they may do serious, long-term damage. We respect and honor the delicate yet powerful nature of the human body and only discuss those approaches that benefit and enhance it. We are about Learning, Awareness, Prevention and Pro-activeness.

  • Individualized Coaching - You are unique, so discover what works for you. HFM does not believe in a 'cookie-cut', 'one-size-fits-all' solution. We take time to listen and understand your unique needs and circumstances

 

How HFM Works - 10 effective ways to achieve Great Health and a Great body you have always dreamt of!

 

  1. Self- Assessment: The individual's current eating, exercise and sleep habits are assessed and monitored regularly to create an Awareness about what areas are working for him and what needs improvement. 

  2. Learning about and making Healthy Substitutions: Replace nutritionally empty foods with Healthy ones. eg. Is it better to eat 2 donuts when you can eat half a donut and an apple? Which is healthier and more beneficial to the body?

  3. Understanding and applying Portion Control: Understanding the importance of eating just the right quantity and how it impacts weight

  4. Introduce an Active lifestyle: Find out what activities work for you, energize you and make you feel on top of the world!

  5. Tips and Strategies: Learn ways of understanding and managing food cravings, resuming from setbacks, simple yet powerful methods of staying motivated and many other cool techniques that you already know of but may not be applying!

  6. Weekly checkpoints with your Coach: Set goals with the coach, and reflect on a weekly basis on what worked and did not work for you. Rejuvenate and Realign with your personal mission and take positive strides to reach your goals

  7. Effective Grocery shopping: Shop with your coach and learn how mindful shopping not just impacts your budget but also your health

  8. Access to Seminars: Knowledge is power. HFM members get invited to cool workshops that further raise their awareness and cause greater, positive 'shifts' in their minds

  9. Win prizes: At HFM we believe that Good results deserve Recognition. A new milestone achievement might land you a cool gift on your doorstep!

  10. 24x7 access to Coach: Losing weight can be very challenging and sometimes that one phone call to your coach can save your health routine from crashing. Your coach is there for you - just pick up the phone and pull away from that cake :)
