What is Coaching?
Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching focuses on what the client wants and utilizes a process through the one-on-one coaching sessions to enable the client to self-discover, learn and determine their own answers.
Who is a Coach?
A coach is someone who is an expert at helping clients create positive change in various areas of life such as relationships, time management, work-life balance, stress reduction, simplification, health, etc. so that one can live a better, more fulfilling life. A coach wants the best for you and will work with you to help you reach your goals and to succeed. Your coach will hold you accountable and challenge you to grow and do more than you think you can do. A good coach will not tell her clients what to do and constantly give advice. She helps the clients explore and come up with the best choices for them based on where they are and the client's vision for their future. Coaches are experts at the process of changing behavior, which is much more valuable than giving instructions.
